Dosage & Recommendations

• Starting dose: 1–2 drops under the tongue, morning and evening. Hold for 30–60 seconds before swallowing.
• Adjustment: Increase by 1 drop every third day until desired effect is achieved. Max dose: 5 drops, 3 times daily.
• CBD per drop: Approximately 15 mg
