Dosage & Recommendations

• Starting dose: 1–2 drops under the tongue, morning and evening. Hold for 30–60 seconds before swallowing.
• Adjustment: Increase by 1 drop every third day until the desired effect is achieved. Max dose: 5 drops, 3 times per day.
• CBD per drop: Approx. 7.5 mg
• Bottle contains: 200 drops → 7.5 mg × 200 = 1,500 mg CBD
